Bought a 675exi mower

Bought a 675exi mower. Every year it goes in the shop for a clogged carb 3 yrs in a row. I drain it and run the stuff through the gas on the last cut. This mower was expensive and it's a pain in the ass. I keep hearing not use 10 % ethanol gas, but that's what it says to use, 89 octain and I will never purchase anything from Husqvarna again, it was supposed to be the best so I got it for retirement, hell I spend more time taking it to shop. I learned to clean the carb myself but it still doing the same thing. A piece of crap. I hate buying anything nowadays. Plus when you look for help, all you can say is clean or replace your cheap ass parts.

I just bought an Automower 405x

I just bought an Automower 405x. I checked the manual and it stated that a power cable of 10m would be supplied. But the mower only came with 5m cable. Besides not being as stated in the manual on your webpage, I would assume that 5m is not enough for most gardens.

Brand new machine won't work.Garbage. No help from company.

Bought a model 125B gas leaf blower;same model as my last one that lasted 10 plus years. I gassed and started it up after receiving it and ran it for 30 seconds or so and all seemed ok. 38 days later when I needed it the machine won't run.The gas was fresh and none of my other gas equipment has problems. Amazon says to contact Husqvarna direct. No response from company from email though they said they would contact me in "1-2 business days". The machine has a 2 year warranty but now I most likely if they ever even acknowledge me will have to pay for shipping which just ups the base cost.....try calling if you want to be on hold forever....you'll never get a live person.
Brand new garbage. Never again.

WHATEVER YOU DO, BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

In less than one year of ownership, one of the wheels has fallen off twice, and the cutting disc underneath became completely detached from the blades. You spend $3500 on this thing, and it can't keep itself together through MINIMAL use. And Husqvarna appears to go out of their way to make sure you don't get to use a warranty claim, meaning your $3500 isn't even the last of your spending on this thing. Whatever you do, buy another company's product - it's likely less expensive, higher quality, and better customer service.
